Fellow Terrans, the latest dastardly attack on our fair blue planet came in the form of a ruthless horde of yellow bananas. The evil aliens were hoping that their shape-shifting tactics would lull us into a false sense of security and we would not recognize the alien threat until it was to late to do anything about it.

Luckily for us the planetary defense system known to us as Canis lupus familiaris (http://bit.ly/2ON5oVm) was not fooled and it operated as expected. The threat was duly dealt with.

Your fearless photojournalist managed to get in some close ups of the last moments of the action where the last remaining alien was being taken care of (if you know what I mean). It’s still only Tuesday.
